Orders Overview
Purpose
A single, combined view of orders across every Amazon account and marketplace connected to your workspace.
Who this page is for
Anyone monitoring day-to-day sales activity, or reconciling what Tymmerce shows against Seller Central.
What you'll see
Each row in Orders represents one Amazon order, with:
- Order ID — Amazon's order identifier, unchanged from Seller Central
- Marketplace — which Amazon marketplace the order came from
- Status — see Order Statuses for the full list
- Items — SKUs and quantities on the order
- Order Total — in the marketplace's native currency

Filtering across accounts
Use the account and marketplace filters at the top of the page to narrow the list down to one account, or view everything combined — useful when you manage several Amazon businesses and want a single daily total.
How orders get here
Orders are pulled in automatically once an Amazon account is connected — there's no manual import step for day-to-day use. See Order Import Process for exactly what happens on first connection versus ongoing syncing, and Sync Behaviour for how frequently new orders and status changes are picked up.
Order data in Tymmerce is read-only — you can't edit, cancel, or refund an order from here. Those actions still happen in Seller Central; Tymmerce reflects the result on its next sync.
Common issues
A newly placed order not appearing yet is usually a normal sync delay, not a missing order — see Sync Behaviour for expected timing before reporting it as an issue.
