Your First Workflow
Purpose
Tie together the modules you've just set up, so the first time you use Tymmerce for real is a guided one rather than a blank dashboard.
Who this page is for
New users who have connected an Amazon account and completed Initial Configuration.
The workflow
Step 1 — Check inventory health
- Go to Inventory.
- Sort by Days of Stock Remaining, ascending, to see what's closest to running out first.
- Anything flagged with a warning badge has crossed the low-stock threshold you set in Initial Configuration.

Step 2 — Review recent orders
- Go to Orders.
- Filter to the last 7 days.
- Confirm order counts roughly match what you'd expect from Seller Central — this is the easiest first check that sync is healthy.
If something looks off here, see Common Order Issues before going further.
Step 3 — Read your first FBA plan
- Go to FBA Planning.
- Pick one product that showed as low-stock in Step 1.
- Open its planning detail. You'll see: current stock, forecasted daily sales, lead time, safety stock, and a suggested reorder quantity and date.
Don't act on the very first plan for a brand-new product — forecasts improve significantly once Tymmerce has a few weeks of sales history to work from.
Step 4 — Link a supplier (if you haven't already)
Reorder suggestions are only as useful as the lead time behind them. If the product from Step 3 doesn't have a supplier linked yet, go to Suppliers → Link Product and connect one — see Supplier Linking.
What "done" looks like
By the end of this workflow you should be able to answer, for any product: how much stock is left, whether an order is due soon, and who you'd reorder it from. That loop — inventory → planning → suppliers — is the core of how Tymmerce is used day to day.
