Subscription Plans

Purpose

Explain how Tymmerce plans are structured, so you can pick — or change to — the right one.

Who this page is for

Anyone choosing a plan for the first time, or reviewing whether their current plan still fits how they're using Tymmerce.

How plans are structured

Tymmerce plans scale primarily along two dimensions:

  • Connected Amazon accounts — how many Seller Central accounts you can link
  • Active modules — some modules (BSR Tracking, Product Research) are available from the mid tier upward

All plans include Amazon Accounts, Inventory, Orders, and FBA Planning as core functionality — higher tiers add capacity and the additional modules rather than gating core features behind a paywall.

Viewing and comparing plans

Go to Settings → Billing → Plans to see the full comparison table with current pricing, updated live rather than duplicated here.

Changing plans

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Plans.
  2. Select Change Plan next to the plan you want.
  3. Confirm the change.
note

Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep access to your current plan's features until then.

Trials

New workspaces start on a trial with full access to core modules. See Billing Management for what happens when a trial ends without a payment method on file.

Common issues

warning

Downgrading to a plan with a lower connected-account limit while you have more accounts connected than the new limit allows will require disconnecting accounts down to the new limit before the downgrade can complete.
