Adding Amazon Accounts

Purpose

Add another Amazon Seller Central account, or another marketplace under one already connected, to your Tymmerce workspace.

Who this page is for

Existing customers expanding into a new marketplace or region, and anyone managing multiple Amazon businesses from one Tymmerce workspace.

Adding a new account

  1. Go to Amazon Accounts → Add Account.
  2. Choose the marketplace this account primarily sells in.
  3. Select Connect with Amazon and complete authorization in Seller Central.
  4. The new account appears in your account list with a Connecting status until its initial sync finishes.

Each account you connect gets its own channel-scoped credentials — Tymmerce keeps every account's SP-API authorization completely separate, so revoking or reconnecting one account never affects any other.

Adding a marketplace to an existing account

If you already sell on Amazon US and are expanding to Amazon Canada under the same seller account:

  1. Open the existing account under Amazon Accounts.
  2. Select Add Marketplace.
  3. Choose the new marketplace from the list.
note

Adding a marketplace to an existing account does not require re-authorizing with Amazon, since it uses the same underlying seller credentials — it typically completes in under a minute, then a sync begins for the new marketplace's data.

Naming your accounts

By default accounts are labelled with the Seller Central account name Amazon returns. If you manage several, rename them under Account Settings → Display Name to something recognisable, especially if two accounts share a similar Amazon-assigned name.

Common issues

warning

If Add Marketplace doesn't show a marketplace you expect, your Seller Central account may not yet be registered to sell there — register the marketplace in Seller Central first, then return to Tymmerce.
